12 Gallon Ford Escort Mk2 MK1 Alloy fuel tank Rally Aluminium Rallyweld GRP4

It is a high quality item with -6 fittings not cheap push on. Its foam filled not baffled, this was an expensive tank. No swirl pot so for carburettor applications unless a separate swirl pot is plumbed in. Unfortunately one of the fuel supply unions has a hair line crack in the weld.

It used to drip a tiny bit of fuel. I did what at the time was a temporary repair with Araldite, this was around 2 years ago and its never leaked a drop since.

Obviously I cant guarantee the repair but so far its been fine. Only changing as gone fuel injection.
