Aluminium fuel tank 40 litres / 9 Gallon designed for Haynes Roadster kit car
This listing is for the sale of an aluminium fuel tank. The fuel tank is larger than usual, as it is twice the width (total of 91cm long). To fit this in a haynes roadster you need to remove D13, and to increase the strength, I then moved the bracing towards the outer edge of the car - as you can see I did in my picture.
It also has a very small sump/swirl pot (2cm deep x 5cm x 5cm) on the bottom of the tank to slightly reduce the risk of air being fed to the engine, and the fuel tank also has baffles inside. Approx 43mm fuel gauge sender hole.
