One bracket at each end is bent (shown in pictures) it does not come with a sending unit, or any hoses or hardware. It measures roughly 110" long x 23 1/4" wide x 8 in height overall measured at the longest and widest points.

The breather/overflow connections are roughly 4 1/2" long with an OD of roughly 5/8", the hole for the sending unit is roughly 7/16" ID, the fill tube has an OD of roughly 1/2", and the engine connection has an OD of roughly 3/8.
